簡單來說
- 包管家是一個平台，旗下有多個工具，例如台灣活動地圖。本政策適用於整個平台。
- 不登入也能使用我們的工具。若您建立帳號，我們會保存帳號資料與您收藏的內容，讓它們能跨裝置同步。
- 我們使用自己的使用統計（例如哪些活動或地點被點開），用來了解什麼受歡迎、什麼較少人發現，並讓更多好地方被看見。統計資料存放在我們自己的系統，不交給廣告商。
- 我們不賣個人資料、不放廣告，也不使用跨網站廣告追蹤。
- 您可以關閉使用統計，也可以要求查詢、匯出、更正或刪除您的資料：hello@baobutler.com。
1. 誰負責您的資料
包管家 BaoButler（baobutler.com）目前由個人經營，網站擁有者本人是個人資料的蒐集者並負責管理。日後若改由公司經營，我們會更新本頁並通知帳號使用者。任何隱私問題或權利請求，請寄到 hello@baobutler.com。來信由網站擁有者本人閱讀，並可能從其個人電子郵件地址回覆。
2. 本政策適用範圍
本政策適用於 baobutler.com、包管家帳號，以及在 baobutler.com 子網域上提供的工具（例如 taiwaneventmap.baobutler.com），合稱「本服務」。個別工具可能另有補充說明，例如台灣活動地圖的隱私權政策，會說明該工具目前實際啟用的功能；若補充說明與本政策不同，以補充說明中針對該工具的規定為準。部分功能（例如帳號、跨裝置收藏與互動統計）可能分階段推出，各工具會在功能上線時一併更新說明。
3. 我們蒐集哪些資料
您寫信給我們時
您的電子郵件地址、姓名（若您提供）以及信件內容。
您建立或使用包管家帳號時
- 電子郵件地址、顯示名稱與大頭貼（若有）。
- 若您選擇以第三方帳號（例如 Google 或 LINE）登入：該服務依您的授權提供給我們的使用者識別碼與基本個人檔案。我們不會取得您在該服務的密碼。
- 您在工具中儲存的內容，例如收藏的活動與地點、清單與偏好設定。
- 帳號紀錄：建立與登入時間、您同意的條款與政策版本、隱私設定，以及為了安全所需的登入紀錄。
您使用我們的工具時（使用統計）
為了了解哪些內容受歡迎、哪些較少被發現，我們會記錄您在工具中的互動，例如：
- 開啟的頁面與畫面、點開的活動、地點或地圖標記，以及收藏、分享、加入行事曆、點選外部連結等動作。
- 使用的篩選條件與類別、在工具中輸入的搜尋文字，以及您查看的地圖大致範圍。
- 裝置類型、作業系統、瀏覽器、語言、螢幕大小、來源網站，以及由 IP 位址推估的大致國家或城市。
- 一個識別碼：若您已登入，是您的帳號編號；若未登入，是儲存在您瀏覽器中的隨機編號，只用來把同一個瀏覽器的互動歸在一起，不包含您的姓名或聯絡方式。
我們不會把您按下「我附近」等功能時取得的精確裝置位置放進使用統計。我們不把 IP 位址存進使用統計紀錄，只用它推估大致地區。
技術與安全紀錄
和所有網站一樣，我們的主機服務 Cloudflare 會接收並保存一般的伺服器與安全紀錄，包含 IP 位址、瀏覽器類型、請求的網址與時間。
店家服務
包管家的店家小幫手仍在規劃中。若日後開放店家登記或試用，我們會在您提供資料前另外說明要蒐集的內容並取得您的同意。
4. 我們如何使用資料
- 提供服務：登入、同步收藏與設定、回覆您的來信。
- 熱門度與探索：把互動統計彙整成「多少人看過或收藏」等總數，用來排序內容、標示熱門項目，或特別標示較少人發現的活動與地點（例如讓較冷門的地圖標記跳動），幫助大家發現台灣各地的好去處。工具中顯示的熱門度只呈現彙總結果，不會顯示是誰點了什麼。
- 改善產品：了解功能是否好用、哪裡出錯，並比較登入與未登入使用者的使用方式。
- 安全與防濫用：防止詐騙、自動化濫用，以及灌水或操縱熱門度。
- 法律義務：在法律要求時保存或提供資料。
依個人資料保護法，上述目的對應的特定目的包含：○九○ 消費者、客戶管理與服務；一三五 資（通）訊服務；一三六 資（通）訊與資料庫管理；一五七 調查、統計與研究分析。我們不會將資料用於上述目的以外的用途，除非取得您的同意或法律另有規定。
我們不出售或出租個人資料，不放廣告，不把資料提供給廣告商或資料仲介，也不使用跨網站廣告追蹤。
5. 誰會接觸到資料
- Cloudflare：提供網站主機、運算、資料庫與電子郵件轉寄，代我們處理資料。詳見 Cloudflare 隱私政策。
- 您選擇的登入服務：例如 Google 或 LINE，依其各自的隱私政策處理您登入時的資料。
- 電子郵件服務：寄到 hello@baobutler.com 的信會轉寄到網站擁有者的電子郵件信箱。
- 依法要求：在法律要求或保護使用者、本服務安全所必要時，提供給主管機關或法院。
- 公司變動：若本服務日後移轉給公司經營，資料會一併移轉，並繼續受本政策保護。
當您點選外部連結（例如活動主辦單位、售票網站、Google 地圖或 LINE）時，會前往該網站，適用其隱私政策。
6. 資料存放地點與國際傳輸
Cloudflare 的網路與資料中心遍布全球，因此您的資料可能在臺灣以外的地區處理或儲存。我們選用有資料保護承諾的服務商，並只允許其依我們的指示處理資料。

8. Cookie 與瀏覽器儲存
- 我們不使用廣告或跨網站追蹤 Cookie。
- 登入後，帳號網站會設定必要的登入 Cookie，讓您維持登入狀態。
- 工具會在您的瀏覽器儲存空間（localStorage）保存語言、主題等設定、未登入時的收藏，以及上述未登入時的隨機統計編號。清除瀏覽器的網站資料即可刪除這些內容並重設編號。
- Cloudflare 可能為了安全與防機器人設定必要的 Cookie。
9. 您的選擇與權利
依個人資料保護法第 3 條，您可以對我們保有的個人資料：
- 查詢或請求閱覽；
- 請求製給複製本（我們也會提供帳號資料的匯出檔）；
- 請求補充或更正；
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用；
- 請求刪除。
請寫信到 hello@baobutler.com，帳號功能上線後也可以在帳號設定中操作。為保護您，我們可能需要確認您的身分。依法律規定，查詢、閱覽或複製請求會在 15 日內處理，更正、停止利用或刪除請求會在 30 日內處理；必要時可延長一次，我們會先告知原因。
您也可以在工具的設定中關閉使用統計；關閉後，我們不再記錄您的互動，只保留第 3 節所述的技術與安全紀錄。您可以隨時刪除帳號。
您可以自由選擇是否提供個人資料。不提供時，仍可在不登入的情況下瀏覽與使用工具，只是無法使用帳號、跨裝置同步等需要資料才能提供的功能，我們也無法回覆沒有聯絡方式的來信。
10. 資料安全
我們以加密連線（HTTPS）傳輸資料，限制只有需要的人能存取，並採取合理的安全措施。任何系統都無法保證百分之百安全；若發生個人資料外洩等事故，我們會依法律規定查明並通知受影響的使用者。
11. 未成年人
本服務不以兒童為對象。未滿 18 歲者建立帳號，應先取得法定代理人同意。若您認為我們在未經同意的情況下保有未成年人的資料，請來信，我們會刪除。
12. 臺灣以外的使用者
本服務由臺灣經營，主要適用臺灣法律。若您所在地區的法律（例如歐盟或英國）給予您更多權利，請來信，我們會依適用的法律處理您的請求。
13. 政策變更
我們可能更新本政策，並在本頁標示最後更新日期。若變更會實質影響您的權利，我們會在生效前透過本服務或電子郵件通知帳號使用者。新增會改變蒐集或使用方式的功能時，我們會在上線前更新本政策與相關工具的說明。
本政策有中文與英文版本；如有不一致，以中文版為準。
Privacy policy

In short
- BaoButler is a platform with several tools, such as Taiwan Events Map. This policy covers the whole platform.
- You can use our tools without signing in. If you create an account, we keep your account details and the things you save so they sync between devices.
- We run our own usage analytics (for example, which events or places get opened) to learn what's popular, what's overlooked, and to help more great places get found. The data stays in our own systems and never goes to advertisers.
- We don't sell personal data, show ads, or use cross-site ad tracking.
- You can switch analytics off, and ask to see, export, correct or delete your data at hello@baobutler.com.
1. Who is responsible for your data
BaoButler (baobutler.com) is currently run by an individual, the site's owner, who collects and is responsible for personal data. If the service moves to a company, we will update this page and tell account holders. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@baobutler.com. Messages are read by the owner personally, who may reply from a personal email address.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers baobutler.com, BaoButler accounts, and the tools we run on baobutler.com subdomains, such as taiwaneventmap.baobutler.com (together, "the Service"). A tool may have its own notice, such as the Taiwan Events Map privacy policy, describing what is actually switched on in that tool. Where a tool's notice says something different about that tool, the tool's notice applies. Some features, such as accounts, cross-device saving and interaction analytics, may roll out in stages; each tool updates its notice when a feature goes live.
3. What we collect
When you write to us
Your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write.
When you create or use a BaoButler account
- Email address, display name and profile picture, if any.
- If you sign in with another service (such as Google or LINE): the user identifier and basic profile that service shares with your permission. We never receive your password for that service.
- What you save in our tools, such as saved events and places, lists and preferences.
- Account records: when you joined and signed in, which version of the terms and policy you accepted, your privacy settings, and sign-in logs kept for security.
When you use our tools (usage analytics)
To learn what's popular and what's being missed, we record how you use our tools, for example:
- Pages and screens you open, the events, places and map pins you tap, and actions such as saving, sharing, adding to a calendar or following an outside link.
- Filters and categories you use, search text you type in our tools, and the rough map area you're looking at.
- Device type, operating system, browser, language, screen size, referring site, and an approximate country or city worked out from your IP address.
- An identifier: your account number if you're signed in, or, if you're not, a random number stored in your browser. It only groups activity from the same browser and contains no name or contact details.
We never put the precise device location from features like Near me into analytics. We don't store IP addresses in analytics records; we use them only to estimate a rough area.
Technical and security logs
As with any website, our host, Cloudflare, receives and keeps standard server and security logs, including IP address, browser type, the address requested and the time.
Services for shops
BaoButler's helper for restaurants is still in planning. If we open sign-ups or trials for shops, we will explain what we collect and ask for your consent before you give us anything.
4. How we use data
- Running the Service: signing you in, syncing your saved items and settings, and answering your messages.
- Popularity and discovery: we combine interactions into totals, such as how many people viewed or saved something, to rank content, mark what's popular, and highlight events and places fewer people have found (for example, making a quieter map pin bounce), so people discover more of Taiwan. Popularity shown in our tools is always a total; it never shows who tapped what.
- Improving our products: seeing whether features work, finding errors, and comparing how signed-in and signed-out visitors use the tools.
- Safety and abuse prevention: stopping fraud, automated abuse, and attempts to inflate or game popularity.
- Legal obligations: keeping or providing data when the law requires.
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, these purposes fall under the specified purposes 090 (consumer and customer management and services), 135 (information and communication services), 136 (information, communication and database management) and 157 (surveys, statistics and research analysis). We don't use data for anything else without your consent unless the law allows it.
We don't sell or rent personal data, show ads, give data to advertisers or data brokers, or use cross-site ad tracking.
5. Who else handles data
- Cloudflare provides our hosting, computing, databases and email forwarding, and processes data on our behalf. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- The sign-in service you choose, such as Google or LINE, handles your sign-in under its own privacy policy.
- Email: mail to hello@baobutler.com is forwarded to the owner's email inbox.
- When required by law: authorities or courts, where the law requires or where needed to protect users or the Service.
- If the business changes hands: if the Service moves to a company, the data moves with it and stays protected by this policy.
When you follow an outside link (an event organizer, ticket site, Google Maps or LINE), you go to that site and its privacy policy applies.
6. Where data is stored
Cloudflare runs data centers around the world, so your data may be processed or stored outside Taiwan. We use providers that make data protection commitments and only let them handle data on our instructions.
7. How long we keep it

8. Cookies and browser storage
- We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- When you sign in, the account site sets a necessary sign-in cookie to keep you signed in.
- Our tools keep settings such as language and theme, saved items when you're signed out, and the signed-out analytics number described above in your browser's storage (localStorage). Clear the site's data in your browser to remove them and reset the number.
- Cloudflare may set necessary cookies for security and bot protection.
9. Your choices and rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to:
- tell you about or let you see the personal data we hold about you;
- give you a copy (for account data, we provide an export file);
- add to or correct it;
- stop collecting, processing or using it;
- delete it.
Write to hello@baobutler.com, or, once accounts are live, use your account settings. To protect you, we may need to confirm who you are. As the law requires, we handle requests to see or copy data within 15 days, and requests to correct, stop using or delete data within 30 days. If we need longer, we may extend once and will tell you why first.
You can switch analytics off in a tool's settings. After that, we stop recording your interactions and keep only the technical and security logs described in section 3. You can delete your account at any time.
Giving us personal data is your choice. Without it, you can still browse and use our tools signed out; you just can't use features that need it, like an account or cross-device sync, and we can't answer a message with no way to reach you.
10. Security
We send data over encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to those who need it, and take reasonable security measures. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will investigate and notify affected users as the law requires.
11. Children
The Service is not aimed at children. Anyone under 18 needs a parent's or legal guardian's consent to create an account. If you think we hold a minor's data without that consent, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Visitors outside Taiwan
The Service is run from Taiwan and is mainly governed by Taiwan law. If the law where you live (for example, the EU or UK) gives you further rights, write to us and we will handle your request under the law that applies.
13. Changes
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest change on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell account holders through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Before launching a feature that changes what we collect or how we use it, we update this policy and the relevant tool's notice.
This policy is published in Chinese and English. If they differ, the Chinese version prevails.
