簡單來說
- 包管家是一個平台，旗下有多個工具，例如台灣活動地圖。使用任何一個工具，即表示您同意本條款。
- 工具中的資訊（例如活動時間）來自第三方，出發前請以主辦單位公布的內容為準。
- 熱門度與排序依使用者互動統計產生，不代表我們推薦，也不是付費刊登。
- 請不要灌水、操縱熱門度、大量擷取或干擾本服務。
1. 適用範圍
本條款適用於 baobutler.com、包管家帳號，以及在 baobutler.com 子網域上提供的工具（合稱「本服務」）。本服務目前由網站擁有者個人經營（以下稱「我們」）。個別工具可能另有補充條款，例如台灣活動地圖使用條款；就該工具而言，補充條款優先適用。使用本服務即表示您已閱讀並同意本條款與隱私權政策。
2. 本服務持續開發中
我們的工具仍在開發與測試中，可能隨時新增、調整、暫停或停止部分功能。若重大變更會影響您儲存的資料，我們會盡量事先通知，並讓您有機會匯出資料。若日後有任何收費項目，我們會在您付款前清楚說明價格與條件。
3. 帳號
- 不登入也能使用大部分功能。帳號是選用的，用來跨裝置保存收藏與設定。
- 未滿 18 歲者，應先取得法定代理人同意才能建立帳號。
- 請提供正確資料，妥善保管您的登入方式，並對帳號下的活動負責。發現帳號遭他人使用時，請盡快通知我們。
- 您可以隨時刪除帳號。若您違反本條款或法律、危害其他使用者或本服務安全，我們可以暫停或終止您的帳號；除緊急或法律禁止的情況外，我們會先通知並說明原因。
4. 使用規範
使用本服務時，請不要：
- 以自動程式大量擷取內容，或干擾、破壞本服務的運作與安全；
- 以假帳號、自動點擊或其他方式灌水、操縱熱門度、排序或統計；
- 冒用他人身分，或未經授權存取他人帳號或資料；
- 從事違法行為，或侵害他人的權利。
5. 資訊的正確性
工具中的活動、地點等資訊多來自政府開放資料、主辦單位或其他第三方。資訊可能變更、取消、過時或有誤，我們不保證完整、正確或即時。出發前請以主辦單位公布的時間、地點與票價為準。活動本身、票券、退費與現場安全，由主辦單位與售票方負責。
熱門度、排序與「較少人發現」等標示，是依使用者互動的彙總統計自動產生，只是幫助探索的參考，不代表我們推薦或背書，也不是付費刊登。
6. 您的內容與意見
您在本服務儲存的收藏、清單等內容仍屬於您；您授權我們為了提供本服務（例如儲存、同步與備份）使用這些內容。您主動提供的建議、更正或意見回饋，我們可以自由用來改善本服務，不需另外支付報酬。
7. 第三方服務與連結
本服務可能連到或使用第三方服務，例如 Google、LINE、Apple、地圖服務與售票網站。這些服務適用其各自的條款與隱私政策，我們不負責其內容。本服務是獨立專案，並非 Google、LINE 或任何政府機關、主辦單位的官方服務，也未獲其背書。
8. 店家服務
包管家的店家小幫手仍在規劃中，實際服務範圍以測試結果與各平台授權能力為準。若日後提供，會另訂服務說明或契約。每一項資料修改與對外回覆都需要店家明確確認；我們不承諾星等提升，也不承諾刪除評論。
9. 智慧財產權
本服務的程式、設計、文字與吉祥物等，屬於我們或授權我們使用的權利人。第三方資料與元件依其各自授權使用，詳見各工具的致謝與授權頁面。
10. 責任限制
在法律允許的範圍內，本服務依「現狀」提供，對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生之損失，我們不負賠償責任；但因我們的故意或重大過失所致之損害，以及依消費者保護法等法律不得事先排除的責任，不在此限。
11. 條款變更
我們可能修改本條款，並在本頁標示最後更新日期。若變更會實質影響您的權利，我們會在生效前透過本服務或電子郵件通知帳號使用者。變更生效後繼續使用本服務，即表示您同意修改後的條款；不同意時，您可以停止使用並刪除帳號。
12. 準據法與管轄
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。因本條款或本服務所生之爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院；但法律另有規定者（例如消費者保護法關於管轄的規定），從其規定。

In short
- BaoButler is a platform with several tools, such as Taiwan Events Map. Using any of them means you agree to these terms.
- Information in our tools (like event times) comes from others, so check with the organizer before you go.
- Popularity and rankings come from usage totals. They aren't our recommendation and aren't paid placement.
- Please don't fake activity, game popularity, scrape in bulk or interfere with the Service.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover baobutler.com, BaoButler accounts, and the tools we run on baobutler.com subdomains (together, "the Service"). The Service is currently run by the site's owner as an individual ("we"). A tool may have its own additional terms, such as the Taiwan Events Map terms; for that tool, its terms take precedence. By using the Service you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
2. The Service is still being built
Our tools are in development and testing. We may add, change, pause or stop features at any time. If a major change affects data you've saved, we'll try to tell you in advance and give you a chance to export it. If we ever charge for anything, we'll tell you the price and terms clearly before you pay.
3. Accounts
- Most features work without signing in. An account is optional and lets you keep saved items and settings across devices.
- Anyone under 18 needs a parent's or legal guardian's consent to create an account.
- Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if someone else is using it.
- You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that endangers other users or the Service. Except in an emergency or where the law forbids it, we'll tell you first and explain why.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, please don't:
- scrape content in bulk with automated tools, or interfere with how the Service runs or its security;
- inflate or manipulate popularity, rankings or statistics with fake accounts, automated clicks or anything similar;
- pretend to be someone else, or access other people's accounts or data without permission;
- break the law or infringe other people's rights.
5. Accuracy of information
Events, places and other listings in our tools mostly come from government open data, organizers and other third parties. They can change, be cancelled, go out of date or be wrong, and we don't guarantee they are complete, accurate or current. Before you go, rely on the time, place and price the organizer publishes. Events, tickets, refunds and safety at the venue are the responsibility of the organizers and ticket sellers.
Popularity, rankings and labels like "fewer people have found this" are generated automatically from usage totals. They're a discovery aid only, not a recommendation or endorsement, and not paid placement.
6. Your content and feedback
What you save in the Service, such as saved items and lists, stays yours. You let us use it to run the Service, for example to store, sync and back it up. If you send us suggestions, corrections or feedback, we may use them freely to improve the Service without paying you.
7. Other services and links
The Service may link to or use other services, such as Google, LINE, Apple, map providers and ticket sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their content. The Service is an independent project. It is not an official service of, or endorsed by, Google, LINE, any government agency or any event organizer.
8. Services for shops
BaoButler's helper for restaurants is still in planning, and what it can actually do depends on testing and on what each platform allows. If we offer it, it will come with its own service description or agreement. Every change and every public reply will need the shop's clear OK. We don't promise higher ratings or removed reviews.
9. Intellectual property
The Service's code, design, text and mascot belong to us or to those who license them to us. Third-party data and components are used under their own licenses; see each tool's credits page.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for loss arising from using it or being unable to use it. This does not limit liability for loss caused by our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that the Consumer Protection Act or other law does not allow to be excluded in advance.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will show the date of the latest change on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll tell account holders through the Service or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, you can stop using it and delete your account.
12. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes about these terms or the Service go to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless the law provides otherwise (for example, the Consumer Protection Act's rules on jurisdiction).

These terms are published in Chinese and English. If they differ, the Chinese version prevails.
